【Pharmacology】：Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor which effectively inhibits the secretion of gastric acid by specifically inhibiting the H+-K+-ATPases in secretory microtubules(consisting of acid cell apical membranes) and on tubular vesicles in cytoplasm.

【Indications】：1. Peptic ulcer associated with bleeding, stoma ulcer associated with bleeding; 2. Stress state associated with acute gastric mucosa lesion, NSAID-induced acute gastric mucosa lesion; 3. Prophylaxis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by stress state in critical diseases (e.g. cerebral hemorrhage, major trauma) and gastric operations; 4. Substitutive therapy for such diseases as duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome which cannot be treated with oral therapy.

【Administration and Dosage】：40 mg, injected intravenously, 1 or 2 times a day.
