【Pharmacology】：Lansoprazole is a benzimidazole compound which, once absorbed via oral route and transferred to gastric mucosa, will be transformed into an active metabolite in acidic condition. The active metabolite specifically inhibits the H++K+-ATPases system of gastric parietal cells, thereby blocking the last step of the secretion of gastric acid.

【Indications】：Chenpon Liwei® is indicated for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, zollinger-ellison syndrome, and stoma ulcer.

【Administration and Dosage】：Duodenal ulcer in adults: 15mg~30mg, taken orally once a day for 4~6 weeks. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome/Stoma ulcer in adults: 30mg, taken orally once a day for 6~8 weeks.
